About Free Online Voice Mail
too liked PrivatePhone and was disappointed to have that service discontinued. Not only did I have a number but I had that number printed on business cards. So I've been searching and have found some leads. And until I've made my selection your best bet is to browse around here.
I've found some links to free voicemail services at these links:

For a list of Google search hits to browse through here's a link to spend some time with:

One which sounds promising is being offered by Google. It's currently in beta and is offering accounts on an invitation basis. So it's certainly worth a look:

I hope these links will help get you started. Quite possibly we'll all have a quality voicemail service once again.
Have a glovely latex day! ;)
Hey! I just wanted to let everyone know about a site I found, you can get free online voice mail! I had been looking for something like this because I've been doing a lot of stuff online that asked for my phone number, and in turn I have been getting a lot of calls to my cell phone. And it is driving me crazy. So I finally found this site. You can choose from tons of area codes too! This way you can have a phone number and receive messages without putting your real number out there on the internet. I know I wish I would have found it before I put my number on all the forms I have!
Also, this is not a referral link or anything.. I am simply posting this to help all my friends here at mylot, because having an anonymous number is a really good idea for anyone who does stuff online.
